Below are some actual parts of Spirit Guide messages that are used here with permission. This gives you a sense of what type of information comes through from a Spirit Guide in one of my readings.

Attached you will find a portrait of your Spirit Guide. I know you mentioned you are connected with the Mohawk tribe in your husband’s heritage, but I kept hearing over and over, "Chippewa" for this Guide. Over and over, "Chippewa," like a mantra toward the end of the drawing, very clearly. We have many guides, each one of us, but this man came through as a powerful presence.

He did share the following with me as I meditated during drawing:

He is a powerful guardian over your lower body health, and he also guides you toward a firm foundation in your life. When you feel you stray off the trail, it is he who work toward bringing you back to center. Regarding lower body health, he specifically points me to your base and sacral chakra areas, and I will attach a link to help you understand what those control.

He also sees you shifting between "recognition and reward" and "conflict and defeat." Again, he works toward balance, and finding that place in between where the ego is released and the nurturing of self and those around you is experienced purely through love without judgement.  He has a strong partnership and alliance with you, and he also helps guide you toward partnerships. He is a strong source of connection for you related to how you interact and who you interact with. In these situations, he is just over your shoulder, always a presence of peace, kindness, and support. This is a wise man, a man of many lifetimes, a man who has a very calming presence, and even a wonderful smell of burning herbs that soothes the soul. I could smell him like incense and I could feel his power and gentleness merged into one amazing being.

He also says here that you have a strong sense of intuition, and you will do yourself well by being sure to follow that voice. Not the one of logic and thought and planning, but the deep voice of your gut, the visceral sense of what is.  You won't have to over-analyze. You'll just know before you even have to give it thought. When you follow your inner sense, this is what will bring you prosperity.

Lastly, he tells you of your health, be sure to use your body toward well-being. Exercise is essential to your well being, but he also speaks to exercise being an important part of your spiritual growth.

He tells you, know that it is safe for you to be powerful. You know how to do it in a loving way that benefits those around you as well as yourself. This is going to be an ongoing life lesson for you that you will continue to refine as you age, and this will be something in which his stable, strong, wise, yet gentle presence will support and guide you.

His picture is attached. He had a very "grandfatherly" presence and energy.

Thank you for allowing me to do this second Spirit Guide reading. This is the beautiful Spirit Guide that came through for you this time. This is a young woman whose energy is very different than the powerful and steadfast wisdom of the previous Guide

This girl is full of innocence and risk, fun and distraction. She is the one, she says, that guides you toward new beginnings, to want to keep seeking, and  to try new things. She is in your thought process and is your inspiration. You will feel her presence most strongly on the Harvest Moon, she says, and even at the time of early sunrise you will be able to feel her energy, when all is quiet. She brings you to new skills without practice, and gives you your curiosity and the drive to create. She is also with your during gatherings, as this is the kind of energy she carries: of togetherness, festive, and excitement. She loves to prepare and she says she is the one who leads you to feathers that are placed where you are meant to see them, not necessarily from her but you are guided to them by her.

She also helps you gather for your future, looking forward with excitement and anticipation. Don't be surprised, she says with a twinkle, if you start feeling antsy in the Spring because she is going to push you toward excitement and putting your hands in the dirt, toward preparation for the warmer season with childlike anticipation. She is the one who gives you the sense of the gift of the life that flows through you, through passions and plans.

She is part of your spiritual evolution, and catches you off guard by unexpected joy. She says you may occasionally feel her through a tickle on your skin, a light brush. She has a youthful energy, and the naivete of a child.

She brings to you the energy of the squirrel, her totem. She is one of preparation, movement, and one who pushes toward changes with her energy. She may take you off course with her curiosity and give you a new sense of direction from time to time. Just like a squirrel has difficulty deciding on a direction when you approach it with a car, so is she...not knowing which way to go because there is so much to see and do. She is a great distractor when you multi-task, because she's always looking off to the side once you start a project...and finds herself distracted. She'll bring you with her and call your attention to something you weren't originally doing.

She kept telling me "Lakota, Lakota" unlike the previous Guide (funny, you seem to be represented by just about every tribe, lol). I have no idea the differences between them.

She is a guardian and is alert, and brings to you your own alertness in the life around you. There is a lot of child-like energy with this special guide. It was a pleasure to feel her as I drew her, and I felt her tickles quite often while she spurred my hands on.  She has beautiful energy. Lots of wonderful, bright energy. This girl LOVES the outdoors and wants to get you out there.

P.S. She is still around me, she is telling you be brave, that she gives you strength through optimism, and she asks you to use your voice (I think your other Guide mentioned this as well, they appear to both be in unison about this).

Attached is the drawing of the angel that came through for me when I meditated on you. Drawing sends me into a *very* deep meditative state, and these more detailed drawings take some time, really allowing me to access the realm with a powerful closeness. Thank you for letting me meet her. What a calming, loving energy she has. She feels very meditative. A lot of white light is in her presence. Her name has a "shhh" sound in it. It sounds like "Sheeva" or "Seena" or "Sheera"  “Sirrah”or "Sharra." I could not quite get it, but the sound is similar to that.

She loves you deeply and surrounds you. She gently asks you not to resist your life path, to surrender. She says to surrender is the key that unlocks the door to grace. She is also helping to awaken your senses. She says, "Dearest, when we decide to live a more conscious life, we see signs of grace, and you are surrounded by loving grace. She says what you visualize and what you love you can accomplish.

She also sees you acting from a place of great love. "Share your heart," she says. "To love another is the ultimate expression of grace and love. Honor and follow the guidance of your heart, Dearest One."

She will also be placing a surprise before you. "Keep an open mind and be aware," she says, "because the influence of heaven is often found in unexpected places, grace will fall before you."

She also speaks of dreams, and accessing creativity through them.  She offers assistance to you when you meditate, and she helps provide you with feelings of love and patience. She gives you a deep spiritual connection that will provide you with completion and wisdom.

Thank you for letting me meet her through you. She is a very calming energy, an energy I'd love to return to daily. I learned much through her. She is absolutely an amazing energy, very soothing, like the effect of peppermint on the nose, or ocean air to the mind. She is a very, very calming presence, even to me as I read her. Did you ever watch sea grass gently blow in the wind, that wave of air that passes through? That was her energy. Light, soft, quiet, calming. Lovely.

Addendum:  On the night of this reading, this angel awoke me at 2:00 a.m. and said, "Shawnee." I shared this name with the person who received this reading, and she received validation of this name the following day through a serendipitous miracle left by her angel: an envelope was on the ground in her path that was addressed to someone else, and the return address label included the name "Shawnee" in it, a name she had never seen before she met her angel and found this miracle.Not only was it the name, but also the unexpected surprise that was placed before her."
